After placing an order you will get a confirmation email with your invoice attached within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there.

Please Note: Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any items being late once they have been posted, unless a next working day delivery has been paid for, in which case, we will refund the next working day delivery providing you have met our cut off time of 1pm, and checked stock with us on the phone.
We charge a flat fee of £6.95 to all destinations without a UK Postcode
UK Delivery: we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days

These timescales are in working days and are given as estimates - whilst we endeavour to despatch your items within these timescales, factors outside of our control may cause delays, these are despatched using the postage method of your choice and the actual delivery times will vary depending upon your selection. Where possible we provide delivery estimates.
Please note: When goods are sent on our next day delivery service they will need signing for. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. If after 5 days you have not claimed your goods they will be returned back to us.
If goods are returned back to us we will contact you to let you know. To have them redelivered will be the same as the above prices. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in for delivery or fail to rearrange a delivery date with the Royal Mail.
All our items are sent through Royal Mail or a courier of our choice.
We want you to be happy with your order from us. If you are not 100% happy then please either contact us or return the item for a refund. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you in within 14 working days of the sale date. Certain items are not returnable, These are items that are specially ordered in for a customer. Your statutory rights are not affected in anyway.
Once we have received your goods, we will process the refund within 3 working days, and depending upon your method of payment it may take a further 3-5 working days to receive your money back.
Please note: We do not refund postage costs for items ordered incorrectly, for any item we send out which is incorrect, we are happy to refund return postage.
We do accept exchanges; simply return the item to us with a covering note explaining what you would like in exchange. Goods must be received back in the same condition they were sent in, however any difference in price will need to paid for
When returning goods or exchanging a product, please keep your proof of postage back to us. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.
Items are packaged to withstand the rigors of the postage system, however damage does occur en route on very rare occasions. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Keep all of the original packing material. Please contact us if this does happen so we can take the matter up with our delivery agents.
